Exchanges and returns

If you need to exchange or return your item, we have created a policy that meets your needs and complies with current legislation (Law No. 8,078/90 - Consumer Protection Code). In order for the processes to be carried out quickly, you must follow the guidelines below:

The return request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of receipt of the order.

The exchange request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of receipt of the order.

* We do not exchange products that are on sale or off .

Items will only be accepted if returned under the following conditions:

  • With labels and seals intact;
  • In original packaging, undamaged. Boxes, protective bags/packaging, bikini and swimsuit protective stickers, warranties and explanatory leaflets are considered part of the product;
  • Unwashed, unused and without any type of alteration made by the customer, such as adjustments to the piece.

The parts must be sent to OCRE in their original packaging, containing the original labels, accessories and invoice.

Send an email to contato@somosocre.com with the subject "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" and inform your full name, CPF, order number and reason for exchange or return.
